About

Built by facilitators, not retired executives

Soleia grew out of a room in Sedona and the discovery that owners will say things to each other they'd never say to an advisor.

The idea

Revenue and self-work are the same project

Most business communities are built around tactics and introductions. Most personal-growth work pretends money isn’t part of the picture. Both halves get treated as separate problems, usually by separate people, usually in separate rooms.

They aren’t separate. How you price, who you hire, what you tolerate and when you quit are all downstream of the same things. Soleia puts both halves on the same calendar.

Growth as practice, not performance.

Who runs it

Two facilitators

Chelsea

Chelsea

Co-founder, coach

Leads community coaching and the practice side of the work — movement, breath, and the parts of leadership that don't respond to a framework.

Jack

Jack

Co-founder, coach

Runs peer groups and executive work. Transformation-trained, and more interested in what you're avoiding than what you're planning.

It started in a room here.

We would rather tell you how many people are in the room than call it transformative.
